Our Father

drama / 89 min / 2025
Synopsis
After years of struggling with addiction, thirty-two-year-old Dejan arrives at an isolated monastery-based rehabilitation community run by the strict but charismatic Father Branko. The community treats addiction through work, discipline, obedience and faith, and with the help of his guardian Mionica, Dejan begins a painful process of recovery.
But when disturbing footage of violence against one of the residents becomes public, the community’s closed system begins to collapse. Dejan must decide whether to protect the community that gave him a new sense of purpose or acknowledge the truth he can no longer ignore.
