Synopsis
Thirty-year-old neurologist Anna was denied her mother’s love, so she tries to obtain it from other people. She longs to find a steady anchor in her relationships, but instead repeats her mother’s manipulative behaviour. She tries to satisfy her need for acceptance through excessive care for her patients.
As the attending physician, Anna meets Ján, a man terminally ill with ALS, and his loving wife, Mariana. Anna attempts to make them dependent on her help. At the same time, she is captivated by the purity of their relationship—something she has never experienced herself. This encounter with true love will change the course of her life.
